Country Baking Chic, founded in 2022, was a vision and passion brought to life by Lakisha Dantzler. Lakisha began using the hashtag #countrybakingchic in 2013 after years of baking for friends, family, and co-workers. A true southern country girl, Lakisha found a love for baking after following her mother and grandmother around the kitchen as a young child. They would always invite her to watch and try different family recipes. That love for creating in the kitchen turned into a passion-filled business venture during Covid-19 when Lakisha officially launched Country Baking Chic. Since the official launch in 2020, Country Baking Chic has grown tremendously to not only offering the best baked goods but much more! From warm and fluffy to decadent and dreamy, we’ve got the recipe for a truly sweet day.
